2015年度教育奖学金申请

        本会馆2015年度会员子女奖学金从即日起开始接受申请，申请者必须具备下列的条件 ：

&  父母亲其中一人必须是会员 / 准会员。

&  目前就读于我国小学/中学/初级学院/理工学院/大学的在籍学生(中四及小六的学生必须以政府会考的成绩为标准)，请提交完成2014年度的学业成绩为标准。

&  学业成绩优良，品德端正。

&  年龄已达到二十一岁或以上的申请者，必须成为本会会员。

&  凡有意申请者，须填妥随函附上的奖学金申请表格，并贴上护照型相片一张，连同成绩报告表(复印本需经校方盖印签名方为有效)一起呈交本会奖学金教育组。请于办公时间星期一至星期五（9.00am~6.00pm）送交到本会秘书处或邮寄至：

申请截止日期 ：2015年1月2日（星期五）

备注：请在截止日期前，将表格呈交我会，逾期恕不受理，敬请见谅。如有任何疑问，可向本会查询。

      请以正楷清楚填写申请者姓名格式，以免支票开发有误。

Dear Members: 

 The application for Wenzhou Clan Association of Singapore Scholarship 2015 is now open. Applicants   

 must meet following criterion: 

1)      One of his / her parents must be member or Associate member of the Association.

2)      Applicant must be current student of local * Primary School / Secondary School / Polytechnic / Junior College / University .

3)      Good academic results and conduct

4)      Applicants who are above 21 years of age must apply to be Member of the Association before scholarship can be awarded.

5)      All applicants must complete and submit the following to our Scholarship Committee : ~

&  Application Form, a passport size photo, photocopy of their result slip (Certified true copy by school)
